Horseshoe Bay, West Vancouver

You may know Horseshoe Bay as the place you go to catch a ferry, but it is much more than just that. Horseshoe Bay offers excellent schools, great restaurants, marina access, and a strong sense of community. With easy access to Hwy 1 you are not far from the Lions Gate bridge into the city and Lions Bay, Squamish and Whistler are a quick drive away. Horseshoe Bay is a beautiful place to call home!

Blueridge, North Vancouver

Blueridge is a quiet family oriented neighbourhood located north of Mount Seymour parkway in North Vancouver. From Blueridge it is easy to access Hwy 1, Deep Cove & Capilano University and just 20 minutes away from the bustle of downtown Vancouver. There are lots of recreational activities in the area including the Baden Powell Trail, North Shore Equestrian Center, Seymour mountain, and my favorite, the Deep Cove rowing club. You will find primarily single family homes in Blueridge but there are also some townhomes popping up!

Dundarave, West Vancouver

Dundarave, a seaside community in West Vancouver, is a fabulous community for adults and families. The Dundarave waterfront has a great seawall spanning several kilometers, a sandy beach and a pier that kids to fish off. The village features local artists, groceries, cafes and shopping. Dundarave hosts The Festival of Lights at Christmas where you can catch a free concert every Saturday in December.

Grouse Woods, North Vancouver

Nestled at the base of Grouse mountain you will find the quiet neighbourhood of Grouse Woods. The community is surrounded by nature and is ideal for individuals and families who love to be active outdoors. Hike the trails lining the Capilano river, take in the power of raging waters of the Cleveland dam, ski Grouse mountain or bike around the neighbourhood. With easy access to North & West Vancouver, Hwy 1, and the Lions gate bridge, you are central to all the city has to offer.

Deep Cove, North Vancouver

Lower Lonsdale, North Vancouver

Living in Lower Lonsdale (LoLo) means you are only steps from everyday conveniences. Lonsdale Quay features fresh, local produce, fish & meat, bread, soups and more. Restaurants, pubs & coffee shops are all within walking distance. Public transit is easily accessible and you are just a short seabus ride away from downtown Vancouver. Seymour Heights, North Vancouver

Just east of the Seymour River you’ll find the secluded, forest-lined streets of Seymour Heights. A great place for families and outdoor recreation enthusiasts, this quiet and established neighbourhood offers endless options for keeping active while taking in the natural beauty of the North Shore.

Easily accessible from Vancouver over the Second Narrows Bridge, Seymour Heights is just a few minutes north of Mount Seymour Parkway. A 20-minute drive brings you to Mount Seymour Provincial Park – a popular destination for skiing, hiking, rock climbing and fishing. Northlands, North Vancouver

The District of North Vancouver is home to several great neighbourhoods, each offering a unique combination of natural beauty and convenient amenities.

At the base of Mount Seymour we find the gorgeous Northlands neighbourhood surrounded by endless opportunities for outdoor recreation. Golfing, skiing, hiking, skateboarding, or water sports – Northlands has it all. Local recreational highlights include Mount Seymour Provincial Park, Seymour Golf Club, and Northlands Golf Course. If you’re more inclined to recreation on the water, Deep Cove Rowing club is just a short drive away.

Parkgate Village offers Northlands residents an amenity-rich shopping area including a community centre, a public library, medical clinics, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. Schools serving residents of Northlands include Dorothy Lynas Elementary (offering French Immersion) and Seycove Secondary.
